Oman United Insurance Company SAOG is pleased to advise its shareholders that  the cash dividend of 22  baisas per share for the financial year ended 2014, was approved in the Annual General Meeting held on 30^th March 2015. The Company has authorized Muscat Clearing and Depository Company (MCD) to distribute the cash dividend.

Accordingly, MCD has initiated the dividend distribution to the shareholders’ bank accounts, where bank account details were provided by shareholders to MCD. For other shareholders who do not have bank account, MCD will prepare and mail cheques to their registered addresses.

We request all our shareholders to update their addresses and bank details with MCD to ensure timely and secure remittance of dividend payments.
